!!!!UPDATE!!!! Dharma was found at the VA dog pound and brought to DE to be adopted to a loving home. She is has gained a little weight & her coat is becoming soft and silky. She is very friendly, plays with other dogs, and likes children. She was abused but has put that behind her. She needs a understanding, kind, and affection home.
