Even under the most stressful situations this little dog named "Rascal" has a happy face! He's stressed because he is in the Lee County Virginia Dog Pound and he is hoping to find a new home soon! It is loud and confusing in here at times. He is a pretty boy and with a great attitude like he has, he won't be in here long! Rascal can be transported as soon as he has a home.
