Preston was rescued from a Ohio puppy mill. He was full of worms and had an eye infection but is now 100% and ready for his very own family! He has been in foster care now for a little over two weeks and he is just loving life!! You can talk to Preston and he understands everything you say. He will sit and listen to you as long as you like or if your ready to play he's game. He'll talk to you too.
